Comfort and efficiency in operation The newly developed Color Touch control panel of the XINO S700 high-performance scanning system ensures clear communication between man and machine. All functions are easy to understand and easily recognizable on the system’s display. Handling is simple and user-friendly. The course of communication must be task-dependent. The different user interfaces can be configured according to customer requirements. Depending on the job and user qualifications, they can vary as desired. The entire procedure is menu-guided and intuitive to use. Basic functions of scan processing (start, stop, pause,…) can be performed directly on the system without using the PC keyboard. The operator can log on and off the system via the USB port (password function) and receives approval for the range of functions approved for him.
Safety First
The XINO has a paper guide that keeps contact with the paper over the entire width and thus ensures the best possible and safe transport. This paper transport is particularly suitable for demanding document types. In addition to different paper qualities, document thicknesses and formats, uneven or damaged papers can also be processed. The unique ball transport offers the highest possible processing reliability. The generous document deflection offers a great deal of security in document management. Even difficult and sensitive documents are guided safely and reliably with the help of the large deflection drum, without heavy loads on the document material. In addition, the document material can also be ejected directly to the rear of the system via the bypass, eliminating the need for deflection.
Unique
The system has a variable paper transport path with receipt ejection either at the front or at the back of the machine. The straight document flow with output at the back of the system eliminates the need to deflect the paper and thus eliminates the processing risk of sensitive material. With the Patch Code Sorter, this variant optionally offers the option of automatically sorting out separator sheets. The integrated patch code sorter (optional) offers the possibility of automatic sorting of separator sheets. Processes that lie between dividers can also be sorted out with them. Flexible
The XINO S700 is the only document scanner that offers the possibility of a changeable feeder system. There are two feeder versions available for the system.
